Convenient location near a church and super centralized to explore the area. Stylish décor in the Comfort Studio makes it feel cozy during your stay.
You can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway—privacy isn’t exactly a priority here. The bathroom feels cramped, with a shower barely big enough to maneuver. There was also an unpleasant odor lingering, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. plus, some dishes and cutlery were not thoroughly clean upon arrival.

It was just an appropriate option for getting around the area in Nice with great value-to-price ratio. The location was convenient for reaching attractions quickly, which really made our stay more enjoyable. Bring earplugs to cope with some noise from the streets at night.

The rooms are stylishly decorated and give off a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. I really appreciated the unique layout of the Deluxe Studio.
The walls are incredibly thin, making it hard to ignore the sounds from neighboring rooms. Conversations and phone calls are audible, and if you're unlucky enough to have rowdy neighbors, it can ruin your peace anytime of day. the persistent odor in both the room and hallway was off-putting, despite efforts to air it out. The cleaning service was inconsistent. while linens were changed, the floors remained unclean from the start. And let's not forget the noise from a nearby car service that kicks in early—definitely not ideal if you want to catch some extra Zs. it's a trade-off between a nice room and a few bothersome inconveniences.

Perfect beach trip!
Location was on point, just a short walk to the beach. The room was adorable and super clean, no weird smells. Getting fresh towels daily was a nice touch. I'd recommend checking out the local bakeries nearby—so good! One thing, though, the street noise can be a bit loud at night, so maybe bring earplugs.
